Mr. Wolff represents clients in personal injury actions and employment matters.
Mr. Wolff is licensed in Pennsylvania and has successfully litigated matters in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, courts of common pleas throughout Pennsylvania, and the Commonwealth and Superior Courts of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Wolff has also litigated various federal and state statutes including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA).
Mr. Wolff has extensive experience in real estate tax law, municipal law, land use, zoning and permitting issues. Mr. Wolff’s experience includes negotiation and preparation of sales agreements, submission and municipal review of land development plans, preparation of land development agreements, and representing and counseling clients in zoning and permitting matters. Mr. Wolff has litigated these matters in courts of common pleas throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania and the Poconos through the appellate process before the Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania. Likewise, Mr. Wolff represents clients in real estate litigation in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, Mr. Wolff has represented clients before the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Environmental Hearing Board as well as planning commissions and zoning hearing boards of various municipalities.
Mr. Wolff has successfully advocated on behalf of those injured in motor vehicle accidents, through the negligence and abuse of nursing homes, and from hazards on another’s property.
