Samantha clerked for the Honorable Thomas I. Vanaskie of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, where she drafted opinions addressing issues such as employment discrimination, civil rights, and criminal law. Samantha also practiced in a medium-sized firm, where she represented clients in federal and state court matters in areas of law including civil rights, employment, education, and contracts. Samantha recently served as an Assistant District Attorney for Lackawanna County, where she handled cases from the preliminary hearing stage through trial. Samantha is also an adjunct professor at Lackawanna College.
Samantha is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle & Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit.
