Samantha Hazen

Samantha takes pride in her ability to research various areas of law, including land use and zoning, civil rights, employment, and labor, and provide sound legal advice quickly and effectively to clients on these issues.  Her proficiency in all aspects of drafting legal pleadings and correspondence has produced successful results in court.  Prior to joining Wolff Law, Samantha clerked for the Honorable Thomas I. Vanaskie of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, where she drafted opinions addressing issues such as employment discrimination, civil rights, and criminal law.  Samantha also practiced in a medium-sized firm, where she represented clients in federal and state court matters.

Outside of Wolff Law, Samantha serves on the Board of Directors for the Lackawanna Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division.  Samantha also teaches business courses at Lackawanna College.  Samantha also enjoys mentoring students and aspiring lawyers by volunteering for local mock trial competitions.
